    SOLH 4V series pilot-operated pneumatic directional control valves are mainstream industrial pneumatic components covering 5/2-way two-position and 5/3-way three-position configurations, specially optimized for driving reciprocating movement, mid-stroke positioning and pressure retention of double-acting pneumatic cylinders. Adopting high-precision spool valve core and built-in pilot actuation structure, this series features low friction resistance, sensitive switching action and low coil power consumption, widely deployed in automated assembly lines, packaging machinery, positioning fixtures and general pneumatic transmission systems. The five-port layout complies with universal industry standards: P serves as the main air supply inlet; A and B are two execution ports connected to the front and rear chambers of double-acting cylinders to control extension and retraction; R and S are exhaust ports configured with silencers to lower running noise. The 5/2-way type includes single-coil electric control and double-coil electric control variants. Single-electric-control valves rely on spring reset to return automatically upon power cut, ideal for conventional reciprocating actions and safety reset applications. Double-electric-control valves possess position memory without springs, locking the current cylinder position steadily after power off for long-time positioning and pressure holding. The 5/3-way three-position version provides three optional neutral modes: closed center (Type C) locks all ports for cylinder suspension locking and anti-drop protection; exhaust center (Type E) connects A/B ports to exhaust channels for pressure relief and free floating during manual commissioning; pressure center (Type P) feeds compressed air to both working ports for bidirectional balanced clamping. Available specifications range from 4V110 up to 4V410 with thread sizes M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8 and G1/2. Equipped with IP65 dustproof and waterproof coils supporting mainstream AC and DC voltages, the whole series supports oil-free operation and comes with a manual override button for convenient on-site testing and maintenance. It is the universal standard directional valve for mainstream industrial pneumatic automation.
