1. Product Overview

     SOLH KQ2V series are male-thread L-type push-in pneumatic fittings with multiple branch variants. Designed for air source distribution and pipeline direction change in pneumatic circuits. Fully interchangeable with SMC KQ2V series. Constructed with white engineering plastic body and nickel-plated brass thread. Quick assembly without adhesive. Compatible with PU & PA pneumatic tubing. Widely deployed in automation machinery, vacuum pick & place, and cylinder piping systems.

  Five sub-models for different layout requirements:

     KQ2V: Standard L type single outlet, external hex mounting, 1-in 1-out

     KQ2VS: Standard L type single outlet, internal hex socket mounting, 1-in 1-out
 
     KQ2VF: Cascadable L fitting, male R thread + female Rc thread, series connection available, 1-in 1-out

    KQ2VD: Vertical 1-to-2 branch fitting, one male thread inlet, two equal-diameter hose outlets

     KQ2VT: Vertical 1-to-3 branch fitting, one male thread inlet, three equal-diameter hose outlets

5. Sub-model Features

     • KQ2V (External Hex L Elbow): Standard L elbow with external hex thread end for wrench tightening. Most widely used basic type, supports max Φ16 large size tubing.

     • KQ2VS (Internal Hex L Elbow): Counterbore internal hex at thread port. Designed for confined narrow installation space. M5 small thread variant matches miniature cylinders.

     • KQ2VF (Cascadable L Elbow): Equipped with male R thread and female Rc thread. Multiple fittings can be connected in series for multi-path branching, reduces requirement for manifold blocks.

     • KQ2VD (Vertical 1-to-2 Branch): Single threaded air inlet, vertically splits into two equal tubing outlets. Compact 1-in-2-out air distribution, reduces total fitting count.

     • KQ2VT (Vertical 1-to-3 Branch): Single threaded air inlet, vertically splits into three equal tubing outlets. Mini air manifold, commonly used for multi-suction-cup air distribution in automation.

6. Installation Instructions

     •  Cut tube end perpendicular and flat. Insert tubing straight into fitting until you hear a “click” to confirm locking.

     •  Tube removal: Press the white release collar on fitting and pull tubing outward simultaneously.

     •  Wrap PTFE tape on threads. Tighten only on hex section; never apply torque on plastic body to prevent cracking.

     •  For KQ2VF series in serial connection, ensure proper thread sealing to avoid air leakage.
