ZPT Series Longitudinal Vacuum Port Vacuum Suction Cup

SOLH ZPT Series longitudinal vacuum suction cups feature axial straight vacuum intake, with no side air port. The series includes two major variants: non-cushioned suction cups and spring cushioned suction cups. It serves as a drop-in replacement for SMC ZPT vacuum pads and is a standard end-of-arm tooling component for robotic pick-and-place automation.

ZPT Series Longitudinal Vacuum Port Vacuum Suction Cup

SOLH ZPT Series is a longitudinal (vertical) vacuum-intake suction cup: the vacuum flow enters through the screw body along the axis, with no side port. It covers two sub-types — non-cushioned and cushioned — and is the standard pick-and-place choice for robot end-of-arm tooling (EOAT). It is a direct drop-in replacement for imported ZPT cups.

    Product Features

         • Longitudinal vacuum passage: vacuum enters straight down the screw axis from the top — no side tubing, saving side space for densely arranged cup modules.

         • Wide material selection: standard, high-temperature silicone, oil-resistant FKM, anti-static conductive rubber — suited to PCB, electronic components, plastics, sheet metal and glass.

         • Built-in spring cushion (cushioned type): soft contact when picking, preventing impact damage to workpieces and absorbing mounting height variation.

         • Thread / push-in interfaces: British taper thread, metric fine thread, PU tube push-in and barbed fittings — compatible with vacuum generators and vacuum lines.

         • Full shape coverage: flat (smooth thin sheet), bellows (height-difference parts), deep (curved surface), thin (ultra-thin soft film), oval long (slender profiles).

         • Placement machines (SMT), packaging machines and sorting equipment.

         • Dense multi-cup modules where side tubing space is limited.

         • Anti-static conductive options for electronic component handling.

    Installation & Usage Notes

         1. Mount the cup firmly to the vacuum port; confirm the thread type (Rc / NPT / NPTF / metric) matches the generator port.

         2. Keep the hose between generator and cup as short as possible to reduce volume and improve vacuum response.

         3. Always install a ZFC vacuum filter upstream to keep dust from entering the cup and generator nozzle.

         4. Select cushion stroke greater than the required contact travel to avoid hard bottoming.

         5. Do not use oil lubrication in the vacuum circuit; use dry filtered air only.
