SOLH K ball type and GT turbine type pneumatic vibrators are explosion-proof flow-aid components powered by clean compressed air. Adopting steel ball rolling and eccentric turbine rotary structures respectively, they deliver adjustable vibration force under 2–6 bar air pressure. The K series is cost-effective for general powder anti-bridging, while the low-noise GT series suits food and pharmaceutical fine screening. Supported by Richge Technology’s in-house manufacturing, ample stock is available for silos, hoppers and vibrating table automation projects.
SOLH K & GT Series Pneumatic Vibrators | Ball Type & Turbine Type Air Vibrator for Hopper Flow Aid
Brand: SOLH by Richge Technology | Industrial Pneumatic Vibrator for Silo, Hopper, Screening & Compaction
1. Product Introduction
SOLH supplies two mainstream rotary pneumatic vibrators: K Series Ball Vibrator and GT Series Turbine Vibrator. Powered solely by clean compressed air, both models generate centrifugal vibration without electrical components. They are explosion-proof, dustproof and moisture-resistant, widely used for powder & granular material flow assistance, anti-bridging, screening and light compaction in food, chemical, packaging and bulk handling industries.
2. K Series Ball Type Pneumatic Vibrator
Working Principle: Compressed air drives a hardened steel ball rolling at high speed along precision raceways. The rotating steel ball generates centrifugal force and creates circular vibration.
Core Features
•Frequency: 7,000–35,000 rpm
•Vibration force: 130–4,000 N, stepless adjustable by air pressure 2–6 bar
•No lubrication required; only clean dry compressed air
•Temperature range: Standard -20℃ ~ +100℃; high temperature version up to 150℃
•Explosion-proof, dust & moisture resistant, suitable for powder, chemical and food processing
Available Models: K8, K10, K13, K16, K20, K25, K30, K36
3. GT Series Turbine / Gear Type Pneumatic Vibrator
Working Principle: Compressed air drives an eccentric turbine to rotate at high speed, producing unbalanced centrifugal force for smooth vibration output.
Core Features
•Ultra-high frequency: 6,000–46,000 rpm
•Vibration force: 130–12,000 N, continuously adjustable within 2–6 bar
•Low noise: 60–75 dBA, quieter operation than K ball series
•No lubrication, low air consumption, stable for long continuous running
•Aluminum alloy housing, suitable for food and pharmaceutical clean-grade environments
