    SOLH TR twin shaft cylinder is manufactured in accordance with JIS industrial standards. It adopts a single-piston dual guide shaft structure matched with extended slide bearing bushes, featuring high structural rigidity, excellent torsion resistance and strong anti-deflection capacity superior to cost-effective TN twin shaft cylinders. Bore sizes range fully from φ6 to 32 mm, including standard single-rod TR, double through rod TRW and lightweight compact TRJ variants. Anti-rotation accuracy reaches ±0.1° for bores ≥16 mm and ±0.2° for φ6/φ10 small bores; dual shafts restrict swinging deviation to guarantee stable operation over long strokes. An adjustable front rubber cushion pad cooperates with fixed rear buffer for stroke trimming, impact absorption and noise reduction. Three-way mounting (top, bottom, side) and optional dual-side porting are available; side grooves allow direct assembly of magnetic switches without extra brackets. Built-in magnetic rings marked suffix S are standard, while non-magnetic customized versions are offered for magnetic interference sensitive occasions. Operating pressure ranges 0.15~1.0 MPa with working temperature from −20℃ to 70℃. Standard Rc thread can be converted to G thread or NPT thread for overseas engineering projects. Distinguished from CXS twin cylinders: TR outputs single thrust with prominent mechanical rigidity and stable side-load resistance in long-stroke applications; CXS features dual pistons for double thrust, lower friction and smoother high-speed reciprocation suited for high-frequency short-stroke pick-and-place. Widely applied in precision positioning, workpiece pressing, long-distance stopping & transfer and general automation stations requiring reliable guiding under medium-light loads.

Three configurations are available: basic mechanical stop buffer (low-cost for light low-speed duty), -A integrated hydraulic shock absorber (high-speed heavy load precise stopping), and -A(S) hydraulic version with stainless steel end caps for humid & slightly corrosive environments. The rotary table features central hollow through hole for tubing and wiring, and side sensor slots compatible with universal magnetic reed switches. Micro models adopt bottom mounting holes while medium/large sizes provide multi-side mounting taps for flexible layout. Pre-filled long-life grease enables lubrication-free operation. Selection requires simultaneous verification of torque, radial/axial load and bending moment. Widely used for rotary indexing in automatic assembly, material sorting, packaging capping and jig turnover stations.
