SOLH CRQ2 ultra-thin rack and pinion rotary cylinders adopt double-rack meshing structure to achieve zero-backlash precise rotation, perfectly suited for space-constrained light & medium-duty automation. Featuring ultra-low-profile flat integrated flange construction without extra mounting brackets, it supports 90°, 180° and optional 360° full-circle rotation with ±5° fine angle calibration. Bore sizes range from φ10 to φ40; larger specifications are available with adjustable air cushions to cushion inertial impact during frequent cycling. The CDRQ2 magnetic version supports magnetic switch installation for PLC position signal linkage. Oil-free self-lubricating design cuts maintenance workload greatly. Supported by stable mass production and sufficient spot stock, these compact swing actuators are widely deployed in 3C electronics PCB flipping, packaging machinery, medical automation and precision miniature indexing stations.
