SOLH SDA square ultra-thin compact cylinder is an economical compact pneumatic actuator. Its body length is only 1/2~1/3 of standard tie rod cylinders and supports embedded installation to save space. Mounting dimensions are interchangeable with Airtac ACQ and SMC CQ2 series. It offers comprehensive variants: double acting, SSA/STA single spring return, SDAD twin rod, SDAJ adjustable stroke and SDAS magnet-equipped models. Built-in rubber bumpers at both ends absorb shock and reduce noise. Grease-stored low friction seal enables long-term oil-free operation. SOLH RQ thin cylinder is interchangeable with SMC RQ/RDQ series. It adopts innovative ringless built-in air cushion structure with 3 times energy absorption capacity of CQ2 rubber buffer and 50% lower operating noise. The ultra-slim square barrel is 20% shorter than conventional air cushion thin cylinders, and mounting dimensions fit CQ2 and CQS for direct upgrade replacement. SOLH MD multi-position free-mount compact cylinder is equipped with tapped mounting holes on six sides of the block body for bracket-free installation at any angle, 30%~50% thinner than standard round cylinders to fit narrow, high-density equipment layout. Five sub-models cover all working modes: standard single-rod double acting MD, single-rod single acting MSD (spring extend) / MTD (spring retract), anti-torsion double-rod MDD, and stroke-adjustable double-rod MDJ. The ultra-narrow compact body is 10%~20% slimmer than MXJ models, supporting three-side mounting and switchable axial/lateral piping.
