1. Product Overview

     KQ2L is a standard 90° right-angle push-in elbow of SOLH KQ2 series, fully interchangeable with SMC KQ2L series. Designed for 90-degree pipeline turning, compatible with PU and PA nylon tubing. Suitable for both positive pressure air supply and vacuum piping systems, widely matched with SOLH vacuum generators, air cylinders and solenoid valves.


  The KQ2L series covers five main structural types:
     Male thread L elbow: One end male thread (micro M thread / R imperial taper thread), one end push-in tube port
     L equal-diameter elbow (-00 suffix): Dual push-in ports for same OD tubing to realize 90° turn
     Stem type equal-diameter elbow (-99 suffix): One tube insertion port, one rigid stem to plug into inner bore of another fitting
     Stem type reducing elbow: One tube port, one stem with different outer diameter, achieving turning & size transition in one fitting

  Push-to-connect design, press release ring to detach tubing. It changes pipeline direction within limited space and saves assembly footprint.


2. Core Features

     • Spring jaw one-touch locking structure: Tube inserted and locked automatically. Press release collar to detach tubing for fast assembly & disassembly.

     • Material composition: Reinforced POM plastic body; nickel-plated brass threaded end for rust prevention and wear resistance.

     • NBR nitrile rubber seal works steadily for positive compressed air and negative vacuum circuits.

     • Full size coverage: Tube sizes Φ2 /3.2 /4 /6 /8 /10 /12 /16mm. Thread options include micro M3/M5/M6 and imperial R taper thread from R1/8 to R1/2.

     • Multiple structural versions to satisfy threaded mounting, tube butt joint and stem adapter connection for various assembly demands.

6. Application Scenarios

     • Direction transition for micro cylinders and solenoid valves, pneumatic piping inside automation machine frames

     • Air source branch corner, pneumatic circuit turning for jigs and fixtures

7. Installation Notes

     • Cut tubing flat without burrs. Burrs will scratch sealing rings and cause air or vacuum leakage.

     • Fully insert tubing until seated. Press release ring before pulling tube out; never yank tubing forcibly.

     • Recommended for PU / PA rigid nylon tubing. Thin-wall PE soft hose is not suggested.

     • For high-frequency vacuum cycle applications, select BPS screw-on fitting if tube pull-off risk is concerned.
