SOLH MGP series thin compact guide rod cylinder is dimensionally interchangeable with genuine SMC products. It adopts an integrated structure of cylinder barrel, dual guide rods and precision bearings with built-in torsion resistance and powerful lateral load capacity without external guiding accessories. Its flat slim structure cuts 17%~24% weight compared with conventional cylinders, perfectly suitable for compact automation operations such as pressing, positioning, lifting and workpiece transfer. Three sub-types classified by bearings cover diverse working conditions: MGPM with metal sliding bushings features outstanding wear resistance and dustproof performance for heavy lateral loads and dusty low-speed cyclic work; MGPL ball bushings deliver ultra-low friction and smooth motion for high-speed frequent reciprocation; MGPA zero-clearance high-precision ball bearings achieve anti-rotation accuracy up to ±0.01mm for precision fitting and calibration. Bore sizes range from φ12 to 100 mm with standard strokes of 5~300 mm.
