MGQL ball bearing version achieves anti-rotation accuracy of ±0.04°~±0.08°, while MGQM slide bearing type features excellent wear resistance, dustproof performance and cost advantages for heavy-duty dusty conditions. Standard configurations include built-in magnetic rings, dual-end rubber buffers and oil-free maintenance-free operation. The optional XB6 high-temperature variant works steadily up to 150℃. Multiple mounting holes are reserved on the cylinder body; magnetic switches can be mounted on four sides for bores ≥32 mm, and flanges/foot brackets support multi-angle assembly. With a minimum working pressure of 0.1 MPa, it is widely adopted for conveyor line stopper positioning & lifting, PCB ejection and crimping in 3C electronics, gate actuation for packaging machinery and jig jacking. It replaces separate cylinder plus external guide assemblies to simplify mechanical design. Compared with standard MGP and heavy-duty MGG series, MGQ boasts the thinnest profile and optimal performance for high-precision operation in confined installation space.
