VS1(ZN63A)-12series of indoor vacuum breaker with common insulated cylinder is three-phrase A.C. 50 Hz indoor power distribution equipment with the rated voltage of 12KV. It’ s used for protecting controlling the electrical equipment in the fields of industry and mining enterprise, power plants and substation.This type vacuum circuit breaker conforms to national standards and the stipulation of IEC standard, the capability reaches grade of M2-E2-C2.
The product adopts composite insulation way,spring charged operation and rod push mechanism,with the characteristics of small volume, compact design and reliable operation. It can easily match with the switchgear and meet the “Five Preventions” demands.

Structural Features
1.This series of VCB is used Integrated design for operating mechanism and VCB body with reasonable, beautiful and compact arrangement.
2.This series of VCB adapted vertical insulation house against Impact due to different weather, it can effectively prevent VIS against damage by exterior factors.
3.The two different installation unit of Fixed type and withdrawable type can meet the different requirements for different switchgear.
4.The arc extinguishing chamber and operating mechanism of the circuit breaker are arranged in a front-to-back configuration and connected as a whole through a transmission mechanism.
5.The insulating cylinder is formed using the APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) new process.
6.Inner skirts and reinforcing ribs are added to the insulating cylinder, which enhances the insulation level and the ability to withstand dynamicstable currents.
7.The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is installed inside the insulating cylinder, effectively preventing damage and surface contamination caused by foreign objects, while reducing the overall size of the circuit breaker.
8.The operating mechanism adopts a spring-stored energy design, providing both electric and manual energy storage functions.
9.An advanced and rational buffer device ensures that there is no rebound during disconnection, reducing disconnection impact and vibration.
