1. Product Overview

     ZU series is inline straight tube vacuum ejector. The vacuum port and air supply port are arranged coaxially in straight line. It features smallest size, ultra-light weight and space-saving installation. Suitable for distributed suction cups, moving components and narrow confined space.

2. Core Structure & Working Principle

     • Structure: SUP supply port → nozzle → diffuser section → VAC vacuum port → EXH exhaust port, integrally molded resin body.

     • Principle: High-speed jet of compressed air through nozzle creates negative pressure at vacuum port for vacuum adsorption; exhaust with built-in silencing structure.

     • Material: Main body: engineering PBT resin; one-touch fitting: POM. Copper-free & fluorine-free, RoHS compliant.

     • Weight: ZU05 ≈6.5g, ZU07≈7.0g; New ZU□A improved version only 3.9g.

5. S High Vacuum VS L High Flow

     • S High Vacuum Type: Ultimate vacuum -84~-90kPa. For small suction cups, thin, well-sealed workpieces requiring strong adsorption force, such as electronic components and thin films.

     • L High Flow Type: Ultimate vacuum -48kPa with larger suction flow. Suitable for porous/rough surface workpieces, large suction cups, high leakage and fast response demand, e.g. carton and wood board.

6. Installation & Piping Guide

  1. Installation: Mountable in any orientation, no fixing bracket required; can be directly inserted in the middle of air pipeline.

  2. Piping

￮ SUP supply port: connect Φ6 air tube (standard)

￮ VAC vacuum port: connect suction cup / vacuum pipeline

￮ EXH exhaust port: open to atmosphere, do not block

  3. Pressure: Standard 0.45MPa, working range 0.1~0.6MPa

  4. Temperature: 5~50℃ (no icing in air source)
