1. Product Overview

     ZH‑B box type vacuum ejector adopts single‑stage venturi principle with integrated silencer inside the body. Only two ports are reserved: SUP supply port and VAC vacuum port, no separate exhaust port. Exhaust air is discharged directly through the built‑in silencer. Ultra‑simple installation without external silencer required. Fully interchangeable with imported ZH‑B in dimension and connection interface. Two performance versions available: S high‑vacuum type and L high‑flow type, with complete nozzle sizes. Ideal for compact small automation fixtures and robot pick‑and‑place applications.

 S High-vacuum (-88kPa): Strong adsorption force for well-sealed workpieces such as steel sheet, glass, PCB and plastic housing.

     • Multiple port selections: Metric one-touch fittings widely used for domestic machines; Rc female thread versions for export equipment.

6. Selection Guidance

     • S / L Version Selection

 ✅ S High-vacuum: Smooth sealed workpieces requiring strong adsorption force.

 ✅ L High-flow: Leaky workpieces such as carton, film, fabric, large flow compensates vacuum leakage.

     • Nozzle Bore Selection: Select based on total suction cup adsorption area. Larger nozzle brings higher flow and higher air consumption. Avoid oversized nozzle to prevent compressed air waste.

     • Port Selection: Metric one-touch fittings (06/08/10) for domestic automation; Rc thread (01/02) for export machines.

     • Vacuum Detection: No built‑in pressure sensor. Install ZSE vacuum pressure switch in vacuum circuit for vacuum confirmation or missing part alarm.


7. Standard Pneumatic Circuit

     AFC air source service unit (oil mist unit forbidden) → 3/2 solenoid valve → SUP supply port of ZH‑B; VAC vacuum port → ZFC vacuum filter → vacuum suction cup.


8. Important Operation Notes

     • Oil mist lubricator is strictly prohibited. Oil contamination will clog tiny nozzle and reduce suction force.

     • ZFC vacuum filter must be installed on vacuum side to block dust and protect nozzle.

     • Recommended supply pressure: 0.4~0.5MPa. Long-term continuous operation under 0.6MPa full pressure is not recommended.

     • Keep the hose between ejector and suction cup as short as possible, reduce pipeline volume for faster vacuum response.

     • Built‑in silencer element will accumulate dust after long time use. Clean or replace silencer element once suction drops.
