  AKH / AKB series is an integrated component combining check valve + quick push-in fitting, designed for backflow prevention, pressure holding and vacuum cut-off in pneumatic circuits. Compact size, fast installation and ultra-low cracking pressure.

  Core Difference Between AKH & AKB

   AKH: Dual push-in port straight sleeve type, both sides for air tubing (Φ4 ~ Φ12).

   AKB: One male thread + one female thread sleeve type, for anti-backflow between threaded ports

• AKB‑A: Flow direction → Male thread → Female thread

• AKB‑B: Flow direction → Female thread → Male thread

  1. Ultra-low cracking pressure: 0.005 MPa (5 kPa), suitable for vacuum systems (-100 kPa ~ 1 MPa)

  2. High flow rate: Large effective cross-sectional area with low flow resistance

  3. Push-in quick fitting: Compatible with PU / PA nylon / soft nylon tube; audible “click” once tubing locks in place
