1. Product Overview

     KQ2LU is an L-shaped twin outlet branch fitting of SOLH KQ2 one-touch fitting series, fully interchangeable with SMC KQ2LU. It adopts 90° L-shape 1-to-2 branch design, with single inlet at bottom and two equal-size tube outlets on top. It works for vacuum generators, suction cups and cylinder pneumatic circuits, dual-purpose for positive pressure and vacuum.

  Three available structural versions:
     Imperial male taper thread version: Bottom R male thread, two equal-diameter push-in ports on top. 90° layout to branch two air tubes laterally from thread face.
     All-tube equal diameter tee (-00 suffix): All three ports are push-in type, one inlet two outlets with identical tube outer diameter.
     Micro metric M thread version: Bottom M5/M6 micro metric thread, two small bore push-in ports, suitable for miniature vacuum modules and small cylinders.

  Push-to-connect construction, tube locks automatically upon insertion. Press release collar to detach tubing for simple assembly and disassembly. Widely used for one vacuum source driving two suction cups, saving piping space inside robotic arms and automation tooling.

      • Body made of reinforced POM; threaded section uses nickel-plated brass for rust & wear resistance. NBR nitrile rubber sealing rings.

     • Suitable for compressed air positive pressure and vacuum negative pressure, matched with ZH/BM/PBM/PBX vacuum generators.

     • 90° L-type layout. Compared with common Y fittings, it fits narrow side mounting space better.

     • Two equal-diameter outputs to balance airflow, enabling synchronous material picking by dual suction cups.

     • Compatible with PU air tube and PA nylon tube, tube sizes Φ4/Φ6/Φ8/Φ10/Φ12.

7. Installation Notes

     • Tube end must be flat and burr-free. Burrs scratch sealing rings and cause air leakage or vacuum loss.

     • Insert tubing fully to the bottom. Press release ring before pulling tube out; do not yank tubing hard.

     • Keep two tube lengths as consistent as possible to guarantee balanced pressure for two suction cups.

     • PU / PA nylon tubing is preferred. Thin-wall PE soft hose is not recommended.
