  Structural Features

5. Selection & Operation Guidelines

   Selection rule: Choose KQ2R for inline connection of two different OD tubes, no extra combined fittings required.

     • Tube end must be cut flat and burr-free. Insert tubing fully until "click" sound heard to avoid air leakage.

     • For removal: press the release collar on port and pull tubing outward; do not pull by brute force.

     • Pressure drop increases with larger diameter difference. Prefer models with small diameter difference under high-flow conditions.
