SOLH MD multi-position free-mount compact cylinder is equipped with tapped mounting holes on six sides of the block body for bracket-free installation at any angle, 30%~50% thinner than standard round cylinders to fit narrow, high-density equipment layout. Its lateral load resistance is 2~4 times higher than standard CQ2 cylinders, with piston rod rotation tolerance ≤±0.2°. The cylinder and cross roller guide are arranged in parallel, with body height reduced by 40% compared with equivalent MXS models, ideal for automation equipment with limited vertical clearance. It supports top and bottom dual mounting with positioning pin holes, repeat positioning accuracy ±0.02mm, bore sizes φ8~20mm and maximum standard stroke 100mm. SOLH MY1B mechanically jointed basic rodless cylinder achieves full interchangeability with corresponding SMC models. Equipped with inner sealing belt and outer dust-proof belt, it cancels the external piston rod, whose overall installation length is close to effective stroke and saves more than 50% layout space compared with tie rod cylinders. Bore sizes range from φ10 to 100mm with maximum stroke up to 5000mm. The slide table is rigidly connected with the piston with outstanding bending resistance, allowing direct load mounting without auxiliary guides under light loads.
