KQ2W series is L-type extended stem push-in elbow within SOLH KQ2 pneumatic fitting family. 90° right-angle construction. One end male thread (imperial R taper thread / metric M fine thread), the other end for PU/PA pneumatic tubing insertion. The series also includes non-reducing extended version KQ2Wxx-99, both ends for tube connection for pipeline lengthening and obstacle avoidance.
Core Advantage: Extended stem design resolves installation space constraints and mechanical interference. One-touch structure, tool-free tube insertion & removal. Plastic body + brass threaded section, anti-aging, compatible with pneumatic and vacuum circuits. Direct import substitute for SMC KQ2W series for overseas projects.

• 90° extended tubing routing for robotic vacuum suction cup circuits in compact automation lines
• Direct replacement for original SMC KQ2W, import substitution for cost reduction
• Cut tubing vertically and flat, fully insert to bottom to guarantee sealing.
• PTFE tape can be wrapped on threads; do not over-tighten threads to prevent cracking of fitting body.
• Tube removal: press white release ring and pull tube outward simultaneously.
