     SOLH MHY2 series is standard 180° wide swing cam-driven 2-jaw pneumatic gripper. Core advantages: ultra-large opening angle, lightweight compact structure, anti-dust structure and stable repeat positioning. Ideal for round & irregular workpiece handling, automated loading/unloading, flipping and sorting. Simple motion trajectory enables straightforward pick & release without complex mechanical movement.

Core Structure & Operating Principle

     -- Transmission: Cam mechanism (not gear & rack). Dual pistons push cam assembly to drive two jaws synchronously. Max opening angle 180°, overclose position -3° for anti-loosening holding. Smooth synchronized swing without jaw deflection.

     -- Construction: Aluminum alloy body, stainless steel jaws as standard, built-in magnetic ring, four-side magnetic switch mounting slots. Mounting holes available on bottom and side faces. Narrow clearance design prevents dust and debris intrusion into internal mechanism.

     -- Operation Mode: Double Acting (D) only, no single acting NO/NC variants. Bidirectional air control with adjustable opening/closing speed.
