     SOLH IR series precision pilot regulators adopt advanced internal pilot and nozzle-flapper control structure, dedicated for ultra-stable pneumatic pressure regulation. Different from standard mechanical regulators, this series features outstanding precision, repeatability and anti-interference performance, maintaining constant output pressure despite fluctuating inlet pressure, flow rate and ambient temperature. With energy-saving design, compact structure and flexible installation, it is the preferred solution for semiconductor, electronic testing, medical equipment and high-precision tension control systems.

     Achieves sensitivity ≤0.2% F.S. and repeatability ±0.5% F.S. Maintains extremely stable output pressure, eliminating pressure drift caused by air source fluctuation and load changes.

     Optimized nozzle-flapper pilot structure realizes rapid pressure adjustment. The maximum flow reaches 6,000 L/min, and relief capacity is 5 times higher than conventional regulators, supporting high-cycle dynamic working conditions.
