SOLH IP200 force-balance nozzle-flapper all-pneumatic servo positioner converts 0.02~0.1MPa air control signal into precise cylinder linear displacement without power supply, delivering intrinsic explosion safety for chemical, mining and flammable environments. It achieves high control precision with sensitivity ≤0.5% FS, suitable for double-acting cylinders with bore ≥Ø50mm and stroke 25~300mm. Integrated all-in-one design mounts directly on cylinders, equipped with separate zero and span adjustment screws for tool-free on-site calibration. Carbon steel or stainless steel feedback springs are optional, alongside low and high temperature customized variants. The supply air must be dry and filtered within 5μm.
