1. Product Overview

     KQ2U is Y-type 1-in 2-out push-in splitter; KQ2UD is Y-type 1-in 4-out push-in manifold. Both belong to SOLH KQ2 pneumatic one-touch fitting series. Constructed with PBT body and nickel-plated brass male thread. Direct plug-and-play for PU air tubing, PTFE tape not required. Designed for 1-to-2 / 1-to-4 air circuit splitting, fully interchangeable with SMC KQ2U / KQ2UD. Widely adopted in automation equipment, vacuum suction cups and pneumatic actuator air distribution.

     KQ2U: 1 inlet, 2 outlets (Y-shape 1 to 2 split)

     • Fast Push-in Assembly: Tubing inserted for instant sealing. Press white release collar to remove tube, greatly improve assembly efficiency.

7. Installation Notes

     • Cut tubing perpendicularly with no burrs; burrs may scratch sealing ring and cause air leakage.

     • Push tubing fully to bottom and confirm release collar locks tubing securely.

     • Not for water, oil or strong corrosive fluids. Only for compressed air and vacuum service.

     • Avoid repeated bending at joint root to prevent plastic cracking.
