SOLH 2S series 2/2-way normally closed fluid solenoid valves include two full lines: direct-acting small orifice 030/050 models and pilot-operated large bore 150~500 variants, for automatic on-off control of clean water, compressed air, cutting coolant, lubricating oil and weakly corrosive liquid pipelines. The direct-acting version enables zero-pressure startup without minimum differential pressure limit, features compact size, universal mounting orientation and millisecond fast switching, ideal for low-pressure micro-flow applications such as single-point machine tool cooling, 3C micro air/water branches and mini cleaning equipment. The pilot-operated type requires a minimum 0.05MPa pressure difference for full opening, delivers ultra-large flow with low-wattage low-heat coils, suited for air compressor drain headers, main spray water lines and high-flow circulating water treatment pipelines. Standard NBR nitrile rubber seals are equipped, with optional acid & hot water resistant EPDM food-grade seals. Multi international thread standards (PT/G/NPT) and global universal coil voltages (DC12/24V, AC24/110/220V) are available, supported by DIN plug and wire lead wiring options. Heat-resistant coils allow long-term continuous energization.
