The SOLH RVUM series is a ultra-compact direct-acting piston type micro pressure regulator valve, specially developed for space-limited miniature pneumatic circuits. It supports both relief-type (standard) and non-relief-type structures, featuring flexible straight/elbow connection options, integrated one-touch fittings, and 0.1–0.8MPa precision pressure regulation. • Structural Design: Adopts high-precision direct-acting piston structure, available in two versions: standard relief type and optional non-relief type, meeting diverse circuit pressure regulation demands.
• Precision Pressure Stabilization: Maximum inlet pressure reaches 0.9MPa, with stable adjustable output pressure ranging from 0.1MPa to 0.8MPa. The relief-type design automatically exhausts overpressure air to maintain constant downstream pressure.

3.3 High-Precision Stable Pressure Regulation
Professional 0–0.8MPa pressure gauge is equipped with a regulation accuracy of ±5% FS. It delivers ultra-stable pressure output for small-flow precision scenarios such as automatic dispensing, workpiece vacuum adsorption, micro air blowing and positioning control, effectively avoiding pressure fluctuation affecting product precision.
