SOLH MXJ ultra-compact high-precision pneumatic slide table is interchangeable with SMC MXJ series. Equipped with integrated stainless steel ball linear guide, it achieves parallelism accuracy of 0.005mm and repeat positioning accuracy ±0.01mm. The ultra-thin lightweight body supports top, bottom and side three-sided mounting, 30%~50% smaller than MXQ slide tables. Bore sizes φ4.5~16mm, equipped with dual-end rubber buffers, and optional metal limiters for 0~5mm adjustable stroke. Symmetrical design enables left-right interchange of piping and sensors, suitable for oil-free clean environments. SOLH MXP ultra-high precision pneumatic slide table is interchangeable with SMC MXP series. It adopts integrated martensitic stainless steel body and built-in ball linear guide, achieving travel parallelism of 0.004mm, rotational error down to ±0.03° and repeat positioning accuracy ±0.01mm. The ultra-narrow compact body is 10%~20% slimmer than MXJ models, supporting three-side mounting and switchable axial/lateral piping. Bore sizes φ6~16mm equipped with standard rubber buffers, optional metal limiters and hydraulic buffers available for φ8 and above. It supports oil-free clean environment and stable high-frequency reciprocation. SOLH MXH narrow compact pneumatic slide table is interchangeable with SMC MXH series. Driven by dual piston and equipped with circulating ball guide rail, it adopts ultra-narrow body suitable for dense side-by-side layout. It features excellent anti-offset and anti-torsion capacity with allowable torque around 6 times of traditional MXU slides, repeat positioning accuracy ±0.02mm and maximum standard stroke up to 60mm. Supporting 4-direction mounting and 3-side piping, it comes with built-in magnet compatible with various magnetic switches, dual-end rubber buffers and enables continuous oil-free operation. The cylinder and cross roller guide are arranged in parallel, with body height reduced by 40% compared with equivalent MXS models, ideal for automation equipment with limited vertical clearance. It supports top and bottom dual mounting with positioning pin holes, repeat positioning accuracy ±0.02mm, bore sizes φ8~20mm and maximum standard stroke 100mm. Equipped with dual-end polyurethane buffers as standard, optional X10/X11 stroke adjusters and hydraulic buffers. SOLH MY1B mechanically jointed basic rodless cylinder achieves full interchangeability with corresponding SMC models. Equipped with inner sealing belt and outer dust-proof belt, it cancels the external piston rod, whose overall installation length is close to effective stroke and saves more than 50% layout space compared with tie rod cylinders. Bore sizes range from φ10 to 100mm with maximum stroke up to 5000mm. The slide table is rigidly connected with the piston with outstanding bending resistance, allowing direct load mounting without auxiliary guides under light loads. Four-direction piping (front, rear, side, bottom) is available; models φ25~40 realize 17% weight reduction. SOLH CY3 magnetic coupling rodless cylinder is an upgraded version of CY1 series with full dimensional interchangeability with SMC counterparts. It adopts non-contact magnetic synchronous drive between internal piston and external slide carriage inside a fully enclosed barrel to achieve zero air leakage and contamination-free operation. Bore sizes range from φ6 to φ63 mm with maximum stroke up to 5000 mm, cutting installation footprint by 50% compared with conventional tie rod cylinders. Two variants are available: CY3B basic type requiring end brackets and external guides to avoid eccentric load and magnetic decoupling; CY3R direct-mount version fixed directly on equipment base to save extra mounting space. SOLH CY1 series is a classic economical magnetic coupling rodless cylinder, the predecessor of upgraded CY3 series, fully dimensionally interchangeable with original SMC CY1 products. It adopts non-contact magnetic synchronous drive and fully enclosed barrel structure with zero air leakage, suitable for oil-free clean working environments of electronics, medical and food industries. Bore sizes range from φ6 to 63 mm, standard stroke up to 1000 mm and maximum extended stroke of 1500 mm with excellent cost performance. Five structural versions are available: CY1B basic type requiring external guides and end brackets; CY1S with built-in sliding bearings for light loads without extra guides; CY1L ball bearing type for smooth high-frequency reciprocation; CY1H high-precision model achieving ±0.02mm repetitive positioning accuracy; CY1F low-profile type with 29% reduced overall height for narrow vertical installation space. The minimum starting pressure is 0.18MPa, equipped with standard dual-end rubber buffers and optional external hydraulic buffers, compatible with D-M9 and D-A9 magnetic switches for position signal feedback. It costs less than CY3 series and serves as a cost-effective choice for budget-limited conventional automation including clean-room material transfer, protective door driving and medium-long distance workpiece transportation under light to medium loads ranging from 0.5kg to 40kg.
