The SOLH VCC series is a professional pilot-operated fluid switching valve specially designed for water-based and solvent-based fluids. It offers two structural types: 2-way (VCC12 / VCC12D) and 3-way (VCC13), dedicated to switching and control of paint, ink, and cleaning fluid in spraying lines and fluid supply systems. Adopting a full PTFE diaphragm structure with zero sliding friction design, it effectively reduces fluid residue and paint curing blockage. With excellent corrosion resistance, ultra-low residual performance and intrinsically safe pneumatic drive, it is an ideal clean control component for automated spraying, multi-color switching, laboratory fluid distribution and various chemical fluid working conditions.

All fluid contact parts adopt high-performance PTFE (Teflon), PEEK and stainless steel sealing materials. The overall structure resists water-based paint, organic solvents (such as butyl acetate), cleaning agents and various chemical media without swelling, aging or medium contamination. It fully meets strict cleanliness standards for automotive coating, electronics, food and medical industries.
3.2 PTFE Diaphragm Zero Sliding Friction, Ultra-Low Residue & Easy Cleaning
Innovative diaphragm structure eliminates traditional sliding valve core components. The fluid only contacts the smooth PTFE diaphragm surface, completely avoiding valve core jamming and paint curing residue. It realizes thorough cleaning during fluid/color replacement, greatly reducing material waste and equipment downtime, and improving continuous production efficiency.
3.3 Pure Pneumatic Drive, Safe & Stable Operation
Adopts pilot pneumatic control mode with a stable control pressure range of 0.4–0.7MPa. No electrical components are involved in the working process, zero electric spark risk, intrinsically safe for flammable and explosive environments such as coating workshops and chemical production lines. It features fast and smooth response and long-term stable cycle operation performance.
3.4 Compact & Lightweight, Flexible Integrated Installation
Miniaturized lightweight body design adapts to robot arm mounting and narrow equipment space layout. It supports a 30mm pitch manifold installation structure, with up to 2 valves mounted on a single base. Mixed installation of 2-way and 3-way valves is available, effectively saving installation space and simplifying on-site pipeline layout.
3.6 Ultra-Long Service Life & High Durability
Optimized diaphragm and sealing structure improves wear resistance and anti-aging performance. The service life reaches over 5 million cycles in paint working conditions and 10 million cycles in water/air working conditions, fully adapting to long-term continuous industrial production and reducing equipment maintenance frequency and cost.
3.7 Versatile Connection & Strong Compatibility
Equipped with standard SUS316L stainless steel VCK series connectors, compatible with φ6–φ12mm tubing. Optional straight, 45° and 90° rotary connectors support flexible piping direction adjustment, perfectly adapting to complex on-site pipeline layout requirements.
