HLS / HLSL Series Slide Cylinder

HLS / HLSL Series Slide Cylinder

SOLH HLS / HLSL twin-shaft slide cylinders adopt line-contact cross roller guides, delivering much higher rigidity, repeat positioning accuracy and eccentric load resistance than HLQ ball guide models. Two variants are available: standard HLS with side-mounted compact cylinder for medium-small loads without severe offset; symmetrical HLSL with centered cylinder and dual parallel rollers for heavy loads, large eccentric torque and ultra-precision demands. Bore sizes cover 6–25 mm and strokes 10–150 mm. Twin piston rods provide powerful thrust and anti-torsion performance, while built-in floating joints eliminate lateral deflection stress. The base supports 3-direction mounting holes, the slide carriage reserves multi-surface fixture threads & positioning pins, and magnetic ring plus sensor slots come as standard. Adjustable air buffers, hydraulic shock absorbers and external mechanical stops are optional accessories. Operating temperature ranges from -20℃ to 70℃. Widely used in semiconductor, medical automation, machine tool jigs and other heavy-duty ultra-precision transfer & clamping positioning stations.

MSZ Series Three-Position Rotary Cylinder | Rack & Pinion Type

MSZ Series Three-Position Rotary Cylinder | Rack & Pinion Type

SOLH MSZ three-position rack-and-pinion pneumatic rotary cylinders are dedicated rotary actuators engineered to achieve three-point locking positioning (left limit / intermediate stop / right limit), solving the limitation of conventional two-position rotary cylinders lacking mid-station positioning. This series only needs one 5/3-way center-pressure solenoid valve for full position switching, removing complicated dual-valve pneumatic circuits to simplify system layout and lower overall engineering costs. The intermediate locking position supports ±10° fine angular adjustment, while the left and right travel limits are separately tunable within 0~95°, delivering flexible multi-angle positioning. It is classified into four specifications: basic MSZB, high-precision MSZA, rubber buffer MSZB-R and hydraulic buffer MSZA-R. The dual-rack dual-piston internal structure effectively eliminates gear backlash and outputs steady torque during frequent position switching. The integrated rotary plate comes with reserved locating pin holes for direct workpiece installation, paired with a central hollow through-hole to pass wiring and air tubing neatly. Standard side sensor grooves fit D-M9B & D-A93 magnetic switches to realize real-time signal feedback of three working stations. MSZA boasts positioning accuracy up to ±0.02 mm, while hydraulic buffer variants absorb large collision energy perfectly for high-speed heavy-duty rotation. Adopting oil-free self-lubricating design for long-term stable running, this rotary cylinder is widely deployed in workpiece sorting diversion, multi-station indexing, electronic positioning inspection and packaging automated steering flip procedures.
HRQ Series Rotary Cylinder

HRQ Series Rotary Cylinder

SOLH HRQ dual piston rack & pinion rotary cylinder includes micro sizes HRQ2/3/7 and medium-to-large HRQ10~HRQ200 with infinitely adjustable swing angle 0~190°. It outputs higher torque and stronger bending/radial load capacity than vane rotary actuators. Three configurations are available: basic mechanical stop buffer (low-cost for light low-speed duty), -A integrated hydraulic shock absorber (high-speed heavy load precise stopping), and -A(S) hydraulic version with stainless steel end caps for humid & slightly corrosive environments. The rotary table features central hollow through hole for tubing and wiring, and side sensor slots compatible with universal magnetic reed switches. Micro models adopt bottom mounting holes while medium/large sizes provide multi-side mounting taps for flexible layout. Pre-filled long-life grease enables lubrication-free operation. Selection requires simultaneous verification of torque, radial/axial load and bending moment. Widely used for rotary indexing in automatic assembly, material sorting, packaging capping and jig turnover stations.

MHF2 Series Ultra-Thin Parallel Pneumatic Gripper

MHF2 Series Ultra-Thin Parallel Pneumatic Gripper

SOLH MHF2 ultra-thin dual-piston linear guide parallel air gripper is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC models. Its ultra-flat body height is only roughly one-third of MHZ2, effectively reducing bending moment at robot end effectors. Bore sizes range from 8 to 32 mm. It is purely double-acting with built-in throttle valves for speed adjustment. Each bore offers three stroke variants: D short, D1 medium and D2 long, with repeat positioning accuracy ±0.04~±0.05 mm. Four-sided sensor grooves enable multi-direction mounting including bottom tapping and through-hole installation; -F single-jaw fixed type is optional. Φ25/32 large sizes adopt recirculating ball guides for enhanced rigidity. Built-in magnetic rings work with M9B/M9N/M9P reed switches for position feedback.
