SOLH MHT2 toggle-joint heavy-duty self-locking pneumatic gripper is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC models. The toggle linkage dead-point structure amplifies clamping force by 3~5 times. Mechanical self-locking engages once fully closed, retaining over 80% clamping force after air loss to prevent workpiece dropping, ideal for overhead robot handling and high-safety stations. Rack & pinion gear drive enables symmetrical synchronous jaw swing, each jaw rotates up to 90° for total 180° opening, with synchronization error ≤0.1° to guarantee balanced clamping and prevent workpiece slipping. Bore sizes range from 20 to 50 mm in purely double acting configuration. Jaws stand perpendicular to the body at full opening, minimizing occupied space and facilitating mechanical avoidance and workpiece flipping. Jaws close when piston extends and open on retraction; clamping force is 20%~30% higher than opening force for reliable workpiece holding. SOLH CJ1 ultra-miniature pin pneumatic cylinder is interchangeable with equivalent SMC models, offered in φ2.5 and φ4 bore sizes. φ2.5 is single acting spring return only, while φ4 supports both single acting and double acting versions. Slim and ultra-lightweight (2~3.5g), it features no built-in cushion for rapid response. The rod-side air port can be rotated ±90° to facilitate tubing layout. External threads on both ends enable direct axial fixing without extra brackets.
