SOLH VHK knob manual valve includes 2/2-way shut-off and 3/2-way pressure relief types, fully interchangeable with original SMC VHK valves. Adopting self-developed precision poppet sealing, flame-retardant PBT housing and copper spool, it is mass-produced automatically with sufficient spot supplies. It features 90° low-torque rotary operation and abundant push-in/thread connectors. The 3/2-way version exhausts residual pressure automatically, widely deployed for safety relief before solenoid valves, vacuum circuit switching and branch air control in compact miniature pneumatic systems.

SOLH ASV series 4-in-1 quick exhaust throttle valve, fully interchangeable with SMC ASV. Integrates quick-exhaust, throttling adjustment, built-in silencer and one-touch fitting. 2× flow area, push-lock anti-vibration knob, UL94 V-0 flame-retardant housing. Elbow and T-straight styles available, ideal for high-speed, high-frequency low-noise pneumatic cylinder automation systems.

SOLH IP200 force-balance nozzle-flapper all-pneumatic servo positioner converts 0.02~0.1MPa air control signal into precise cylinder linear displacement without power supply, delivering intrinsic explosion safety for chemical, mining and flammable environments. It achieves high control precision with sensitivity ≤0.5% FS, suitable for double-acting cylinders with bore ≥Ø50mm and stroke 25~300mm. Integrated all-in-one design mounts directly on cylinders, equipped with separate zero and span adjustment screws for tool-free on-site calibration. Carbon steel or stainless steel feedback springs are optional, alongside low and high temperature customized variants. The supply air must be dry and filtered within 5μm. Widely applied in precision press-fitting, coating, web tension & edge correction, valve stroke regulation and fully pneumatic servo positioning explosion-proof equipment.

SOLH XTO674 and INA14 inline check valves share the same structural platform with ultra-low 0.01MPa cracking pressure, compatible with both compressed air and clean water for anti-backflow protection in vacuum and low-pressure fluid pipelines. XTO674 is an all-brass cryogenic version working down to -30℃; INA14 standard series provides brass or SUS304 stainless steel body, equipped with standard NBR seals plus optional oil & high temp resistant FKM and weather-proof CR seals. Compact inline threaded design with flow arrow marking can be directly mounted in pipelines without extra brackets, effectively preventing vacuum loss and reverse airflow when installed between vacuum generators and suction cups. The two series feature identical overall dimensions and thread sizes for direct field interchange without pipe modification, widely applied in cryogenic equipment, vacuum production lines, corrosion-resistant high-temperature fluid circuits and general pneumatic & water pipelines for one-way pressure retention and backflow prevention.

SOLH IL100 booster relay is fully interchangeable with equivalent SMC models, acting as a 1:1 equal-pressure precision pneumatic volume amplifier. It achieves precise pressure tracking between input signal and output with linearity error within ±1% FS and maximum flow up to 6000 L/min, effectively eliminating slow response lag from long pipelines, large diaphragm actuators and big bore cylinders. Multiple thread standards including Rc, NPT and G are available. Besides standard temperature version, low temperature (-30℃), high temperature (100℃) and copper-free high-purity variants for semiconductors are optional. The anti-corrosion aluminum alloy body supports direct mounting or bracket installation with low steady air consumption. Widely matched with positioners for process control valves, long distance instrument air lines, heavy lifting/clamping cylinders and high-precision positioning loops; copper-free version fits semiconductor high-purity inert gas systems.

SOLH MBB lightweight tie rod standard cylinder is an upgraded lightweight model, 10% lighter than traditional MB series and fully compliant with ISO15552 standards for direct replacement of imported tie rod cylinders. Featuring double-end adjustable air cushion and square end caps, it ensures high rigidity, low noise and stable oil-free operation, suitable for medium-load and high-frequency working conditions. It covers multiple variants and diverse mounting options, widely used in conveying equipment and general automation machinery. SOLH SAI tie-rod-free profile cylinder complies with ISO15552 standard, dimensionally interchangeable with FESTO DNC and SE series. Adopting M-shaped integrated aluminum barrel, it is fitted with double-end adjustable air cushion & PPV elastic pad and dual-side sensor grooves. Full variants include single rod, double rod, stroke adjustable, lockable and SAIF valve-integrated cylinder. It supports oil-free operation with low starting pressure. Bore sizes φ32~200mm, customized stroke up to 2000mm, and various ISO mounting options. Widely used in packaging machinery, conveyors and machine tool automation. Stable mass production and sufficient stock make it a cost-effective general linear actuator for export automation equipment.

SOLH SE tie-rod-free square standard cylinder complies with ISO15552 and VDMA24562 standards, directly interchangeable with FESTO DNC and SMC CP96S series. Integrated square aluminum barrel delivers high rigidity, fitted with double-end adjustable air cushion and 3-side sensor grooves for flexible installation. Variants include single rod, double rod, stroke adjustable and BSE lockable type, suitable for medium-heavy load and long-stroke high-frequency applications. SOLH SC economical tie rod standard cylinder adopts four tie rods to fasten end caps with high rigidity and impact resistance, widely adopted as general pneumatic actuator. Bore sizes range φ32~250mm, equipped with double-end adjustable air cushion to reduce impact and noise. Variants include single rod, SCD double rod, SCJ stroke adjustable and SCL lockable cylinder.
